I have a question. I enjoy listening to a radio show in the mornings which is funny . The host can go into all type of topics including politics. The show can also switch over quickly to impure topics, especially because of the latest news stories. I have turning it off more until I think he finished. Is continuing to listen to this show sinful?
 
I’d either lock your radio on a Catholic radio station if you can or use that time for prayer. Use a Rosary CD or an audio Bible or even a good Catholic audio book. Or, sit there and talk to God.
 
Don’t listen to the trash on the radio, be it music or talk, regardless of whether or not you perceive any negative effects on you, but merely because you know it is trash and should not be heard and any and all songs or radio talk shows with segments like that, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant, should not be supported by you tuning in.
