In the second link, at the bottom of “Introduction” it says -

Concerning Private Revelations: These are private revelations and there is no need to believe them. If these revelations help your faith, then receive them. If not, you can set them aside. We are called to believe only public revelations.

I don’t know if I’m answering your question well enough, but I believe if you want to believe them, that’s alright. If you don’t, that’s alright, too. There is nothing that requires any of us to believe these locutions.

I think those locutions are fake. They are not from Jesus or Mary.

Due to the rules, I can’t really give u my thoughts on the messages, so I’ll PM u my thoughts on them.

Anyone can say that they knew Padre Pio. Who is left to ask to verify that? As for giving retreats to Mother Teresa and the MCs, that can be verified. Call up one of her MC convents and ask the superior. Or send them an email.

I’m going to read some of these alleged locutions. If the thread is still here when I am through, I will report back.

I’m skeptical of such things that are not sourced. No where could I find the name of the person supposedly receiving these locutions. All there is to go by is someone claiming to be a particular priest (who has his own website if you google him; and no where on his website could I find any link to or mention of these locutions) who supposedly verifies them. That’s a red flag to me.

What would really be needed is verification from the local bishop. The priest says he’s from Scranton. You could always contact the Diocese of Scranton and ask if they know anything about it.
