I had asked everyone to give threads about CITH and COTT a rest. I never banned the subject. It was a request on the honor system. Everyone has been very good about this. I just received a request for permission to put the subject on the table again. Feel free to do so. Just remember the basic rules of TC courtesy.
  • Do not label.
  • Do not argue.
  • If someone is inappropriate, report it and let me handle it.
  • Do not make comments that are rude or uncharitable toward clergy, pastors or the Church.
  • Do not pit one form of the mass against the other. Both forms are sacred, because they are the Holy Mass. People’s behavior may be questionable. Place the responsibility on the person, not on the form.

What is COTT and CITH? I am not familiar with these acronyms.
 
The default for receiving Holy Communion is on the tongue but the Magisterium has given permission for the reception of HC in the hand. What’s to talk about?:confused:
