Anyone else on the Tiber Swim Team this year?

I recently filled out and submitted my information sheet for RCIA. I am looking forward to becoming Roman Catholic next year.

Happy to hear you’re coming home to the Catholic Church!

I came into full communion with the Church through RCIA back in 1983. A wonderful nun was my sponsor though many beautiful and loving members of the Church aided me a great deal as well. I knew I was home as soon as I walked into the Church for the first time and felt the awesome presence of Christ there within the Church. Awesome!!

If you do not have one already. I strongly suggest you get the “Cathechism of the Catholic Church.” I surely would’ve struggled more without it.
In fact, I believe every single Catholic needs to have a current “Catechism of the Catholic Church” in their home.

I too am on the Swim Team this year! I look forward to starting RCIA in September! I’ve been reading up all summer. 😃
 
I’m on the team as well. My parish started its RCIA program on July 19.
