I was hoping someone might have a link or possibly something that they have made that they would be willing to share with me on a timeline of our early chuch fathers. More specifically- Who succeeded each apostle. Who did Irenaeus and Ignatius follow for example.

Thank you very much!

Unfortunately, no extensive timeline (or list of succession) has survived.

We may presume it was documented (in some way) in early days, because Tertullian demands such proof in his Demurrer Against the Heretics (ca 200 AD):
Moreover, if there be any heresies bold enough to plant themselves in the midst of the apostolic age, so that they might seem to have been handed down by the Apostles because they were from the time of the Apostles, we can say to them: let them show the origins of their Churches, let them unroll the order of their bishops, running down in succession from the beginning, so that their first bishop shall have for author and predecessor some one of the Apostles [Titus 1: 7; 1 Tim 3: 1-2] or the apostolic men who continued steadfast with the Apostles. For this is the way the apostolic Churches transmit their lists: like the Church of the Symrnaeans, which records that Polycarp was placed there by John; like the Church of the Romans, where Clement was ordained by Peter. In just this same way the other Churches display those whom they have as sprouts from the apostolic seed, having been established in the episcopate by the Apostles.
It would be silly for him to demand this proof if the authentic Church could not likewise provide such proof of their own Orders. But, alas, these records would be simple administrative documents, not worthy of widespread copying or careful preservation as were the doctrinal messages of the Early Fathers (many of which - alas - have ALSO been lost, despite their much greater importance and value). FWIW, in this quote, Tertullian provides the only actual examples that I know of.

There is “The Oxford Dictionary of Popes” - that at least gives you the list of ALL the Popes. They are presented in time line order.

“Beginning to Read The Fathers”, by Boniface Ramsey does not have a diagram - but it does have a table at the back of the book that lists the Fathers, the date, the religious events that were going on and the secular general History that was going on. It would not be too difficult to build your own diagram from that table.

Who Were They that the Holy Apostles Sent and Ordained?
XLVI. Now concerning those bishops which have been ordained in our lifetime, we let you know that they are these:— James the bishop of Jerusalem, the brother of our Lord; upon whose death the second was Simeon the son of Cleopas; after whom the third was Judas the son of James. Of Cæsarea of Palestine, the first was Zacchæus, who was once a publican; after whom was Cornelius, and the third Theophilus. Of Antioch, Euodius, ordained by me Peter; and Ignatius by Paul. Of Alexandria, Annianus was the first, ordained by Mark the evangelist; the second Avilius by Luke, who was also an evangelist. Of the church of Rome, Linus the son of Claudia was the first, ordained by Paul; 2 Timothy 4:21 and Clemens, after Linus’ death, the second, ordained by me Peter. Of Ephesus, Timotheus, ordained by Paul; and John, by me John. Of Smyrna, Aristo the first; after whom Stratæas the son of Lois; 2 Timothy 1:5 and the third Aristo. Of Pergamus, Gaius. Of Philadelphia, Demetrius, by me. Of Cenchrea, Lucius, by Paul. Of Crete, Titus. Of Athens, Dionysius. Of Tripoli in Phœnicia, Marathones. Of Laodicea in Phrygia, Archippus. Of Colossæ;, Philemon. Of Borea in Macedonia, Onesimus, once the servant of Philemon. Of the churches of Galatia, Crescens. Of the parishes of Asia, Aquila and Nicetas. Of the church of Æginæ, Crispus. These are the bishops who are entrusted by us with the parishes in the Lord; whose doctrine keep always in mind, and observe our words. And may the Lord be with you now, and to endless ages, as Himself said to us when He was about to be taken up to His own God and Father. For says He, “Lo, I am with you all the days, until the end of the world. Amen.” Matthew 28:20
