Did the fall of Lucifer and 1/3 of all angels occur well before God created the Universe, Adam and Eve, etc.? I assume it must have because Lucifer took the form of the serpent in the Garden of Eden.

The devil was already fallen before God created the universe. Time has no bearing in the hereafter or is mysterious. When we cross over it won’t be much different or any different than when Our Lord ascended to Heaven 2000 years ago. Ourselves and somebody who died thousands of years ago will all have seemingly arrived on the same day.

There is a tradition that says that when God said, “Let there be light.” that was also the creation of the angels.

Job 38:4-7 describes God creating the world while the angels (called “Sons of God” in Job) praised him. Therefore, angels were created before God created the world. It seems likely that Lucifer’s fall happened before creation also, although all of this was happening outside the earthly concept of time so “before” might not mean anything as TK421 said.

Absolutely not!

During the 6 days of creation, God said, “…and it was good,”…and after all his creative endeavors, He said, “And it was very good.”

So, it seems, the fall of lucifer did not occur until after creation, otherwise paradise would not have been very good, or good!
