Tired of being flagged

But the rules seem obscure and obtuse, at times.
My posts are always on topic, and I try my hardest not to post anything that can be construed as something offensive.
But, I could be wrong…

Don’t flag :us_outlying_islands::svalbard_and_jan_mayen::netherlands::new_zealand:me, Bro!
 
It’s way over the top in the news section. People on there want a wild west shoot out but then go and flag people for disagreeing with them. It’s why I just about stopped posting there. Too many hall monitors
 
I find that most i-net forums are like this, very constricting. If this one is like that, I probably should just keep looking for the right forum. What do you people think? I also am rather weary of not being able to be myself… being punished for thinking/feeling as I do… what is the point of a conversation if you can’t be yourself?
 
You can be yourself all you want. But you can’t expect everyone to like you. It just doesn’t happen. And that’s okay. I don’t know who you think is punishing you or what they are doing, but yeah, there are going to be rules on any forum, just like like there are rules in life.
Forums are not free for alls where we can say whatever we want.
 
Getting flagged by multiple people does that automatically I think. But a mod may look at it later and leave it. If they remove it, you can pm a mod and ask why. They may or may not respond.

Conversely, we could build on the current system and have the flagged post superimposed with a scowling teenage girl saying “You know what you did!”
 
Perhaps the flag needs to come with a little dancing paperclip like the old Microsoft used to have, that would explain the purported problem in a friendly way.
 
where did I ever say that I can’t abide RULES?

I am talking about being flagged for NOTHING
 
If you are being flagged and your post removed, the mods must think you are breaking a rule.
 
Now I’m tempted to flag every post in this thread. Just cuz.
 
I just got notified that a post about proper attire for Mass needs to be approved by a moderator. What on earth?🤨
 
It probably has a word in it that CAF has flagged as questionable,

for example the word for a female dog,
