If you want answers to questions like these, please quote the verses in your OP, so that other people don’t have to run and get a Bible to find out what you’re talking about. We don’t all have every verse memorized.

It is an internal debate for Christians and is not relevant to non-Christians.
The circumcision party were Jewish Christians who insisted that Christians had to be circumcised in order to be saved. The council of Jerusalem stated otherwise (Acts 15).
The Circumcision party persisted. They taught what they had no right to teach because the matter had already been decided by the legitimate authority of the Church and they were teaching apart from that authority.
It has nothing to do with non-Christians.

Paul was not writing about all Jews, or Jews in any general way. He wrote specifically about false teachers, including Jewish converts (or perhaps some pretending to be converted) in Crete who were stirring up trouble with false teachings.
Paul himself was a Jew, and a great many early Christians were Jews, not to mention Jesus and the Apostles. How then could Paul be anti-semitic?

Titus was written by a former Pharisee known as Saul of Tarsus (renamed Paul by the time this letter was written), and was addressing things within the Church (as has already been pointed out). Perhaps the person you were talking to has a guilty conscience?

Ver. 10. For there are also many. St. Paul here alludes principally to the Jews, who were of the circumcision, from whom St. Paul suffered much during the greater part of his life. They constantly enforced the necessity of the new converted Gentiles observing the law of Moses, and of their being circumcised, if they wished to be saved. There were many Jews of this description in Crete; to resist whom, St. Paul here tells Titus he ought to appoint bishops remarkable for their zeal and learning. (Josephus; Socrates, lib. ii. chap. 38. Hist. Eccles.) — Especially they who are of the circumcision; which shews who were chiefly the false teachers. (Witham)

In plain words, no. Its not anti-Semitic its anti-religious deceiver for moneys, yes, but not anti-jew. To say the same about so called Christian preachers who actually do work the congregation for money, wouldn’t be anti-Christian would it?A person of Jewish background called this verse antisemitic.
