I’ve got great news once again for those in the Birmingham Diocese:
Sorry it’s coming so late, I just found out about it. There will a TLM offered on Sat. the 8th of December at Blessed Sacrament Church in Birmingham, AL for the Feast of the Immaculate Conception (fulfills the Holy Day obligation.)
Here is the info from the Una Voce North Alabama website:

Dear Una Voce Members and Chapter Friends:
Our next Holy Mass and spiritual talk shall be held this Saturday, December 8th, again at Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church, and we have been given Bishop Baker’s support and blessing to invite Rev. Fr. Joseph Lee, of the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter to offer a Low Mass and deliver a short spiritual talk on the topic of the Immaculate Conception. This invitation comes a bit late because we have been waiting for Bishop Baker’s final approval. The Mass fulfills your obligation, and what a blessing to celebrate this wonderful feast in such a wonderful church, and with the wonderful Traditional Latin Rite. Holy Mass will be offered at 11:00 am, followed directly by Fr. Lee’s talk. If you haven’t attended an Una Voce event before, please come and meet Fr. Lee and the officers of the Northern Alabama chapter – Dr. Clark, Mr. Biddle, Mr. Sampedro, and Mrs. Clark. Wishing all of Our Lady’s patronage as we approach the feast of her Immaculate Conception!
