Please look for an spiritual director, make yourself sure that you only confess to him. If experienced, he will advise you to confess on regular intervals (2 weeks, one month, trust him). I know that demonic attacks are possible, but I suffer from scrupulosity and I am in the process of being diagnosed for OCD, an anxiety disorder.
Many times I thought that I was being “attacked”, so to speak; that was not my case. Although it happens to some people. But remember, spiritual attacks are not the only form of evil; anxiety and disease are consequences of the original sin. You should not be afraid or ashamed of looking for help: medical science is a gift of God, and doctors work through His Grace, whether they acknowledge it or not.
So, please remember to seek for an spiritual director and psychiatric counseling, stay very close to the sacraments and to the Mother of God. I will be praying for you.
Jesuits are good for this, look for an orthodox and experienced counselor.
