To find someone I can talk to who understands

Hi everyone,
There is a painful experience in my life, that I want to talk to someone about, but don’t know anyone who would understand what I went through. So I keep this pain bottled up inside of me, and don’t know what to do with it, or how to heal it, because I just don’t know who to talk to. I have therapists and mental health professionals, and my pastor, and friends and family etc, but I don’t think any of them would really understand what I went through. So I have just been talking to God about it, but I don’t really know what to do about it. I am praying that God will send me to someone who can understand the complex ordeal I went through and be able to help me to heal from it and the traumatic effects it had on me, and those around me.

O Lady of Mental Peace,
Mother of Tranquility
and Mother of Hope,
look upon Writer_for_God in this time
of weakness and unrest.

Teach her searching heart
to know that God’s Love
for her is unchanging and
unchangeable, and, that
true human love can only
begin and grow by touching
His Love.

Let your gentle Peace -
which this world cannot give
  • be always with her.
    And, help her to bring this
    same Peace into the lives
    of others.
Our Lady of Mental Peace,
