Hello All,

Sorry I haven’t be on for a while, I have been going through a lot in my life that has me very depressed. 2010 hasn’t been a very good year for me. My health has turned for the worse, I lost my job of 7 years and I have no income. I lost my job because of my health problems, I have Asthma, Rhuamatiod Arthitis, a lower back problem that is still unknown, and found out today that my kidneys are not so perfect no more and will be needing a biopsy of the kidney to find out what’s going on. I missed to much work because of my health, so my doctor recommended me to apply for social sercuity. The whole SSI process is not easy, I cashed out all my pensions, got one check in March for short term disablity, and haven’t been able to get another payment.

My husband is dealing with all this and only one income, and he only works part time. Its very hard for him to get a full time job in the local area. Rent due on Tuesday and we don’t have nothing. I have been praying so hard lately, but I do feel guilty of asking GOD for so much, when there are more people out in the world that are in worst conditons. But I don’t know what else to do.

I will appreicate your prayers!

God Bless

:gopray2: Gladys, I am so sorry you are having to go through this. Never feel bad for talking to God and telling Him what you need. Yes, there is always someone worse off, but you need His strengh right now too.
We don’t know why we have to go through these things, but look at what His own son had to go through. I try to look at things like bad stuff happens to people all the time, and now it’s my turn. Try to stay strong and know that you aren’t alone, that many of us will be praying for you and your husband. Is anyone at your church able to help you? I will say a Rosary for you today. I wish God will give you the strengh to go through this trial, and hope you become closer to Him.

Our Father, who art in Heaven,
hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come,
thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those who trespass against us,
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
Amen

Praying for you, I’m so sorry to read of all the hardships going on in your life.

Have you called your county lately to see what they suggest for help? Can your church help or provide some resources?

Thank you all for all your prayers.

I haven’t told anyone from my church, because I feel bad. I am the one always helping someone out, and I guess it’s my turn now!

Thank you again,

God Bless

Hail Mary, full of grace, blessed art Thou,
and blessed is the fruit of Thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us now
and at the hour of our death.
Amen

Still praying for you, and sending you good thoughts. Take care Gladys, you have many friends here. Here’s wrapping you in a big hug.

O, Mary, Mother of God, who,
amidst the tribulations of the world,
watches over us and over the Church of your Son,
be to us and to the Church truly Our Lady of Prompt Succor,
make haste to help us in all our necessities,
that in this fleeting life you may be our succor,
and obtain for us

the healing of this person, grace of good health and the acceptance of God’s will in their life.

Help us to gain life everlasting through the merits of Jesus,
your Son, our Lord and Redeemer.

Amen.

x3: Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of death.
Amen.

Almighty and Eternal God,
You are the everlasting health of those who believe in You.
Hear us for Your sick servant Gladys
for whom we implore the aid of Your tender mercy,
that being restored to bodily health,
she may give thanks to You in Your Church.
Through Christ our Lord.

Holy Immaculate Mary,
help all who are in trouble.
Give courage to the faint-hearted,
console the sad,
heal the infirm,
pray for the people,
intercede for the clergy,
have a special care for nuns;
may all feel,
all enjoy your kind and powerful assistance,
all who now and always render and will render,
you honor,
and will offer you their petitions.
Hear all our prayers, O Mother,
and grant them all.
We are all your children:
Grant the prayers of your children.
Amen

Glays,
SSI is a state payment. SSA is social security. I had to apply for social security
three times. the third time I used an attorney. You don’t have to pay him in advance.
His fee cannot excceed 15% of what social security awards you. I suggest you
try that route. God bless you.

Boy do I understand what you are going through! I have some of the same problems, back spinal problems,am not able to work because of disabling conditions, and asthma, diabetes, arthritis, epilepsy, gerd, neuropathy, cataracts and other problems from my diabetes. I am praying for you.
God Bless,
PRAYER TO SAINT ANTHONY.
Holy Saint Anthony,
gentle and powerful in your help,
your love for God and charity for His creatures,
made you worthy, when on earth,
to possess miraculous powers.
Miracles waited on your word,
which you were always ready to request
for those in trouble or anxiety.
Encouraged by this thought,
I implore you to obtain for me…

(Make your request here) health and stability for Gladys and her husband and family.

The answer to my prayer may require a miracle.
Even so, you are the Saint of miracles.
Gentle and loving Saint Anthony,
whose heart is ever full of human sympathy,
take my petition to the Infant Savior
for whom you have such a great love,
and the gratitude of my heart will ever be yours.

Amen.
