Christ is born!
Glorify Him!

May the newborn Savior bring joy to your hearts and peace to your souls!

A Merry Christmas!

P.S. I wish my grandmother were still with us - I used to get a little extra gift on “Russian Christmas” (as she nicknamed it)!

Hehehe, well, January 7 in the Ukrainian Church is just Christmas. But December 25 is known as Polish Christmas :D:D:D:D

I was just thinking of this. I don’t take my tree down yet, and will light it in memory of our Dear Lord and to ny Orthodox Friends I will be saying a special prayer for you all on this great day. May our Good Lord shine on all of you and your famliy’s and bring you great Peace.😃

I am leaving my statue of the Holy Family up for one more day, as the Latin Rite celebrates Epiphany tomorrow. But when we were kids, the tree always stayed up until January 6th.

My mom always said too that if we didn’t get a White Christmas, the others would and she was usually right!

Hope you are all having a wonderful Christmas season. After all, it was the Magi who symbolized that Jesus would convert, and most of our ancestors at one point were pagan except for the Hebrews.

Guess this belongs in a new thread, but thats why I don’t understand anti-Semitism. After all, Jesus was a Jew and it seems these people overlook that fact.
