To understand and enjoy poetry and music

Hi everyone,
This might sound like a silly prayer request but it isn’t. I have a hard time enjoying much music and poetry. I barely ever read or study any poetry, and I only listen to a little bit of music. I would really like to better understand, appreciate, and enjoy more poetry and music, and perhaps someday compose some original work in poetry and music. Please pray for me. I would like to use poetry and music to glorify God and demonstrate His beauty and goodness in verse and song. I also would like to share beautiful Christian poetry, music, and art with others, hopefully helping to increase their love and worship of God.
