To what is Mary refering in Magnificat?

“…because He that is mighty has done great thingsto me.” Is this refering to Her IC, Our Lord’s incarnation, or other things?****

Well, both! The very reason that she was immaculately conceived was to make her an acceptable dwelling place for for the conception, gestation, and birth of the Son of God.
All of these constitute the great things God did to her.
