I believe it was one of the Masses of Our Lady…

The Introit (or one of the other early prayers) was part of the Magnificat. The Gloria was said. The Epistle was from the book of Wisdom. The Tract (or Gradual??) included “Tu laus Ierusalem, tu gloria Israel…”
The Gospel was the “Son, behold your mother” from the Gospel of John.

The occasion was a clothing of a Carmelite novice (under the title of the Immaculate Conception). But it doesn’t seem to be the Mass of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel; or the Immaculate Conception; or Mass IV for Eastertide although that one has the same Gospel.

This isn’t a huge deal, but I am interested to know. Thanks, friends.

Could it be the Votive Mass of our Lady of Mt. Carmel approved for the Carmelites? The Gradual, Epistle and Gospel all fit. The Introit is based on Isaiah 61 which is similar to the Magnificat- “Gaudens Gaudebo in Domino et exultabit anima mea in Deo meo, quia induit me vestimento salutis, et indumento iustitiae circumdedit me”

That sounds extremely plausible, and would explain why I couldn’t find it in my Missal! Thanks, AJV. May God reward you.
