I’m not aware of any special needs resource that attempts to adapt Theology of the Body specifically.
I do seem to see more and more resources coming out for those with special needs, particularly from Loyola Press. They’re not my favorite publisher, but they’re the only game in town for the most part.
There is still the old Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy program. That includes lessons on such things as “God made me and I am special” and “I belong to God’s family”. Those are all concepts that the Theology of the Body touches upon. So TOB could be brought in to an extent in such places, though it is not directly referenced.
It wouldn’t surprise me to see a resource like this come out eventually. But, as far as I know, no one has written it yet.
