Todah and the Pesiqta/Pesikta

I recently read Tim Gray’s article From Jewish Passover to Christian Eucharist: The Story of the Todah and began wondering how a person without a theology library nearby can find reliable Jewish literature. Where might I find an online version of the Pesiqta/Pesikta?? It seems like there is a wealth of Christian literature and references online, but not much Jewish.
