"Christ’s passage is in the context of putting yourself in the authority to condemn somebody, or to take His place as Judge. It follows the same narrative as “let he who has not sinned cast the first stone…”

Jesus was not saying the magistrates be free of sin but Jesus was being tested and referenced the law Deuteronomy 17:7 which calls for the accuser to cast the first stone. Jesus was trying to teach mercy but was not, not judging her just not condemning her. She was to go and sin no more. She was guilty and judged correctly just not punished because Jesus was teaching forgiveness and mercy.

Number three should read:
3. Take action to protect society, children, women and let God decide heaven and hell
