Too much thinking, not enough working

For awhile now, I’ve been thinking about this idea for a Fantasy trilogy I’m planning on writing. However, it’s only in its earliest stages, if I actually want to write this, I need to do a lot of things, including learning several languages, and getting about understanding of various medieval societies. Right now, if I want to make progress on this, I need write some bios on the various characters and factions in my work and share them with friends and peers for some constructive criticism.

However, my progress on this has been incredibly slow, I have only managed to complete 1 1/2 half bios so far. What I have been doing is getting myself distracted, I’ll often have thoughts of ideas for scenes, concepts and such pop into mind every now and then and distract me, I suppose it’s better than having intrusive thoughts, but still it undermines my ability to do more important things.

I need prayers that work more on this when I can, and think less about this when I shouldn’t, and that I can ultimately give this to God so that He can make this fantasy better, and more inspiring than I ever thought possible.

of weakness and unrest.

Teach her searching heart
to know that God’s Love
for her is unchanging and
unchangeable, and, that
true human love can only
begin and grow by touching
His Love.

Let your gentle Peace -
which this world cannot give

• be always with her.
  And, help her to bring this
  same Peace into the lives
  of others.
