I’ll try to put this as simply as possible: Sex outside of marriage is a sin!! That is wherther you are heterosexual or homosexual. Back in the day when I was in my 20’s (10 years ago), I spent my weekends chasing girls and hitting the bars getting drunk. I slept with a number of girls. In doing so, I committed mortal sin because I wasn’t married. The same applies for homosexuals, which makes me think that is one of the reasons why there is such a push for gay marriage (especially Catholic gays who support this). Seriously, if the Church and society approved this, why feel guilty anymore about your lifestyle? You have a stamp of approval from the largest religious organization in the world!! 10 years and about 100 reconciliation visits later, I’m a changed Catholic with a better view of the world and my life. There are good and bad heterosexual parents. Many gays, in their push for adopting children, like to point out that many kids are messed up because of bad parents, divorced parents, etc. They think that having two happy, loving homosexual parents would be much better for them. I always ask them, and why do you think their lives would be better if homosexuals could get married? They never seem to have an answer…
