This might be a silly question but is there a good Catholic topical index to the Bible online or in a book format similar in style to the ones in the back of the hardcover CCC or in the books ‘Faith of the Early Fathers’ by Jurgens?

This all started with me wanted to find Bible passages related to penance and I realized I can easily do this for the CCC and for various early patristic writings but not in the Bible.

Thanks,
Ed

You may want to get a copy of

Nave’s Topical Index is protestant source that can be used
htmlbible.com/kjv30/nave/index.htm

for pentance look up repentance
htmlbible.com/kjv30/nave/nave4116.htm

many of the same scriptures are used by both protestants and catholics, even though we read them differently.

In addition to this:

geocities.com/thecatholicconvert/biblecheatsheet.html

I’d go to an online searchable Bible and type in penitent, or penance or fast or ashes or rent (as in clothing), or render. You get the idea.
