There are probably several words in Hebrew and Greek.

What are the different words in Hebrew for God’s anger, punishment, discipline and wrath?

Is there a “gradation” in them?

I will take the Hebrew and Greek if one has the time and ability.

THANKS!

Click on Greek or Hebrew, and enter a word (****anger, punishment, discipline, wrath) in the Search box.

For example, here’s the result for Hebrew/anger:

Bible Lexicons**

Old / New Testament Greek

The old/new testament greek lexicon is based on Thayer’s and Smith’s Bible Dictionary and is keyed to the ‘Theological Dictionary of the New Testament.’ Real Audio pronunciations of each word, with alternates, are available.

Old Testament Hebrew
The old testament hebrew lexicon is derived from the Brown, Driver, Briggs, Gesenius Lexicon and is keyed to the "Theological Word Book of the Old Testament." Pronunciations of each word, with alternates, are provided.

Two words are normally used in Greek. Όργή which means literally anger or wrath and θυμός which would be a fiery or passionate anger.
