Tradition can never change. “Jesus is Lord” is a statement of Catholic Tradition. All Catholic doctrine is Tradition (and “doctrine” is really the same thing as “Tradition”). So the Sacaiments, the Communion of Saints, the Trinity - that’s all Tradition.

Other traditions: Church architecture, liturgical vestments and colors, use of candles, bells, music, etc. Canon Law is largely filled with tradition (and can, and does, change).
