May the Angels Lead You Into Paradise is such a beautiful hymn to use when exiting the church on the eay to burial.
 
The two songs that I like are “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom” and the “Ave Maria”, along with “were you there”.

Some others are: Shepherd me o God, We have been told, The Lord is kind and merciful,
Eat this bread, I am the living Bread.

And for an entrance hymn, “Christ the Lord has risen today”.
