The best publisher will have the titles you want at a price you can afford. I have recently purchased traditional Catholic titles from Angelus, Baronius, Ignatius, TAN, Remnant, Barnes & Noble and Image/Doubleday.

I have both Baronius and Angelus 1962 missals.

I wholeheartedly agree with the previous post by Bbigam that the Baronius is a beautiful example of a hand missal. Its cover and binding are absolutely top notch.

I prefer the Angelus as a daily use missal for one reason only: it “prays” better. The text is easier to read and layout is easier and quicker to navigate. Mine shows the wear and tear from two years of daily use.

My Baronius was received as a gift on Easter Vigil 2010. Although it has been used several times, it is still in pristine condition. I keep it in reserve as a backup, and as a “loaner” for use by those who I am introducing to the TLM.

Quantity discounts are available from Angelus Press.

I only need one and the Angelus Press version comparable in quality to the Baronius Press version is $8 more expensive! Angelus Press also states on their website that any retailer undercutting their MSRP could lose buying privileges, I don’t know how that fits with bulk buying. If a parish buys a quantity and resells them to parishioners at cost does that violate the Angelus Press contract?

Angelus has an interest in increasing the use of the EF.

Why don’t you contact them and find out.
