The Filioque dispute is an issue noter the theology, but because of the interaction of the differences in language and related grammar, and the specific injunction of the nicean creed that it not be altered.
You’re going to have a hard time to find an Orthodox theologian who disputes the temporal procession fo the Spirt through the Son–but that’s not what the greek verb used in the nicean creed means.
