I may be moving to a number of cities. I have a good skill set and am very marketable. Therefore, I may be moving to:

Bentonville, AR
Fox Chapel/Gibsonia PA
Kansas City area
Rockford, IL
Columbus/Lancaster, OH
Pine Bluff. AR
Derby, KS
Florence, KY

and maybe a few others. I’m still trying to figure out where the best place is to plant my family.

Kansas City, Columbus and Rockford probably have the strongest traditional Mass communities. Rockford doesn’t have a lot of job opportunities at the moment, but it’s not far from Chicago.

The other places you mentioned seem a bit remote from Catholic centers, although they may be better places to raise your family (lower taxes, less societal breakdown, etc) than the others – if you can find a good parish, that is.

Derby Kansas, as you know, is just outside of Wichita, close enough to seem a part of the city. St. Anthony’s Church, mid-town Wichita, has a weekly Latin Mass (with an excellent choir) and the diocese has a priest assigned to be officially in charge of, and responsible for, “Traditional Liturgy”.
Code:
Wichita rarely gets mentioned on these forums when the discussions start about good, orthodox dioceses, but has remained pretty solid throughout the years. Our bishop, Michael Jackels, was the secretary to the then Cardinal Ratzinger when appointed to this diocese. He was not sent here to reform it.

Another selling point: It's an easy drive from Wichita (Derby) to Clear Creek Oklahoma (Tulsa), home of a transplanted group of Benedictine Monks from France, who are building a monastery there - Mass and Office are "traditional" - Latin. You can Google them.
And, of course, you can Google the diocese and I invite you to do so.
