Traditional Marriage at Novus Ordo Parish?

I have to plan my wedding for a class.

My question is this. Could a couple arrange to have a Traditional Nuptial Mass at the Novus Ordo Parish they are a member of? How would that be done?

If they were to regularly attend a Tridentine Mass said about an hour away could they have the wedding done there, even if they were not registered members of that parish, or could they one of those priests come to their home parish?
 
canonically, one’s pastor has the right to insist that he witness marriages of his parishioners. you start with your own pastor and ask him about possibilities
