What religious beliefs are held by traditional Native Americans who are not Christian? Are these beliefs the same for all tribes or are there different beliefs? I have a general idea about this, involving I think the notion that the whole earth is alive (animism) and every creature has a spirit: a kind of pantheism. But does anyone have more specific information about their religion or religions?
