Traditional Prayer for Employment

I am a traditionally minded Catholic. I’ve been under employed for several years. I’ve used a variety of prayers directed directly to Our Lord, to St. Joseph, and the Blessed Mother. All that I have found have a very modern sound. I own a large book collection, but have been unable to find a more traditional prayer for employment. Does anyone know of one?

Little background: I work in higher education, and have been stuck working as an adjunct for three years despite my spotless conduct record, eagerness to serve as a club adviser, and near perfect student-review.

Heavenly Father, we remember before you those who suffer want and anxiety from lack of work. Guide the people of this land so to use our public and private wealth that all may find
suitable and fulfilling employment, and receive just payment for their labor; through Jesus Christ our Lord.
