traditionalists and the CCC

Accept it, since to be a Catholic means you assent to all the teachings of the Catholic Church.
 
I accept it… I think those traditional Catholics who are in communion with Rome, generally do accept it. Groups not in communion, might not.
 
I accept it, but I tend to use the older catechisms for reference.

It seems like you need to say what you mean by “accept” and “reject”.

Do “Trads” think it is the first and only infallible catechism? I doubt it. I know I don’t.

Some do accept it while others do not. I do not. It is verbose, that those who die in original sin alone go to hell is omitted (1261), Muslims’ place in God’s plan of salvation is ambiguous (841), non-Catholic sects are wrongly said to be used by the Holy Spirit as means of salvation (819), the Church of Christ only “subsists in” the Catholic Church and is not exclusively identified with her* (816), the duty of states towards the true religion isn’t properly explained (2105-2109), an opinion on capital punishment is practically raised to doctrine (2267), and the ends of Holy Matrimony are inverted (1601).
  • Contrast with: “Now, anyone who wishes to examine with care and to meditate on the condition of the different religious societies divided among themselves and separated from the Catholic Church… will easily be convinced that no one of these societies nor all of them together in any way constitute or are that one Catholic Church which Our Lord founded and established and which He willed to create. Nor is it possible, either, to say that these societies are either a member or part of this same Church, since they are visibly separated from Catholic unity” (Pope Pius IX, Iam Vos Omnes, 13 September 1868: Denz.-Schon. 2998).
“Some say they are not bound by the doctrine, explained in Our Encyclical Letter of a few years ago, and based on the Sources of Revelation, which teaches that the Mystical Body of Christ and the Roman Catholic Church are one and the same thing” (Pope Pius XII, Humani Generis, n. 27; 12 August 1950: Denz. 2319).

Dominus Iesus confirms my interpretation of paragraph 816: “The Church of Christ, despite the divisions which exist among Christians, continues to exist fully only in the Catholic Church … The [schismatic] Churches… are true particular Churches. Therefore, the Church of Christ is present and operative also in these Churches” (nn. 16-17).

The new eclessiology, religious freedom, communion for non-catholics, the death penalty being forbiden, in other words the usual stuff. But really thats for another thread or a google search

cOUNCIL OF TRENT cATECHISM IS GOOD. does the Catholic Church reject it nowadays?
 
The Catechism of the Catholic Church is not up for review by the faithful. As a Catholic Apostolate, we accept it as an official document of the Catholic Church. Posters may express their preferences in such areas as the style of writing, the organization, the presentation, or even the wording. But we do not promote rejection of anything that is an official document of the Church.
