Trail day

So this sunday there is a volunteer trail day at one of the state parks but since Sunday is the day of rest would this be breaking a comandment for me to help out?

I could still attend one of the evening masses.

I imagine this would fall under half recreation/ half good-work. Either way, not a misuse of Sunday.

If possible though, I’d suggest going to Saturday vigil mass; so that should anything go wrong or get delayed, you would not need to worry about missing Mass.
