Translate line from Latin Marian Antiphon

Hey, sorry if I posted this in the wrong forum.

I would like some help translating the following:

“Succurre cadenti surgere qui curat populo”

My understanding is that it loosely translates as “Help your fallen people, who strive to rise again.” Or “Your people who have fallen yet strive to rise again.”

Is this correct? Thanks.
