Out of the deuteros, you only have Sirach, five manuscripts of Tobit (four in Aramaic, one - the latest - in Hebrew) and a very small Greek fragment that looks like the Letter of Jeremiah (part of Baruch in some Bibles). As for the protocanonical books, every book is represented except for Esther (though there is a vaguely Esther-like nonbiblical work found). The only (almost) complete manuscript to come out from Qumran is the Great Isaiah Scroll. (Isaiah ranks third among the number of manuscripts found - twenty-one; it is only beaten by the Psalms - thirty-six scrolls - and Deuteronomy - thirty). How many of the 46 books are in the Dead Sea Scrolls? And how many are complete?
