It may just be me and/or the Threads i’ve been in lately, but does it seem to anyone else that there is a high stress level going around right now on here.
This is coming from both sides, not just those opposed to the Church.
On one hand, we get someone coming in here saying the church banned reading the bible…
And on the other hand, we have Catholics going “you protestants are so dense…” with threads like “How can you read the bible and not be catholic”…
Anyway…
Just an observation… remember, it isn’t just board members that read… And your purpose is NOT to prove yourself right, or convince any one of anything… Too many people though have to either get the last word in, or will defend even the most blatantly wrong error to the death.
Pride
Offer your information in the Charity and Love Christ compels us to. If after a respectable number of defenses, a person still refuses to hear what you are saying… thank them, and move on…
Anyway, as I mentioned, this may just be the threads I’ve read, and I know it goes in cycles, but wow…
