Tribesman

Someone argued with me that a tribesman who lives in the Amazon and never heard of Jesus Christ will go to hell even if he lives a good and moral life.
I know that Christian faith says he will go to heaven too if he lives a good life,but I don’t know how to prove it to that person.
Can someone here point out where it actually says that. I read it several times but I don’t remember where.
