That is exactly my point. If people do not understand the language of sacrifice, is there any sacrificial meaning? Most modern people have not sacrificed an animal to a god, or participated in sharing the remains of that animal with the god. They do not quite grasp the meaning of the unbloody sacrifice because they do not know about bloody ones. (There are still a few places in the world where bloody sacrifices persist)If there is no Sacrificial meaning, Mass isn’t valid. Meaning is that we understand our Lord Sacrificed Himself for us.
Not at all. The Tridentine Mass is the Mass of All Ages. The post Vatican II is the Mass of All Ages. OF is the Mass of All Ages. EF is the Mass of All Ages. The Pope after the Council of Trent was not referring to the form of the Mass, but to the substance of it.Pope after Council of Trent said that Tridentine Mass is Mass of All Ages IIRC (maybe it was mentioned later by another Pope). Are you questioning Wisdom of that Pope?
