Is it possible, that, since in the OT God only revealed Himself as one Hypostasis, and then, in the NT as three Hypostases, that there are more Hypostases that may be revealed in the future?

No …all that is to be revealed was revealed in the Second Person of The Blessed Trinity, Jesus, fully Divine and fully human. The Blessed Trinity is a doctrine of The Church and we affirm our belief in this doctrine in the Creed at Mass.

There was no hypostasis in the OT. The only hypostasis involved in the Trinity is the hypostatic union of divine and human nature in Jesus Christ. This was prophesied and foreshadowed in many parts of OT revelation, as early as Genesis which predicted Christ’s coming and triumph over Satan.

God revealed the Trinity (or at least the three Persons) in other ways in the OT too. ‘Let US make man in OUR own image and likeness’ being one example. One of the Psalms begins with 'The LORD said to my Lord ‘sit on my right hand until I make your enemies your footstool …’ David the Psalmist who wrote this was King of Israel - he HAD no other Lord but God, yet he had more than one Lord

Not to mention the Spirit of God (uncreated, since it pre-existed creation) which ‘hovered over the waters’ in Genesis and mentions of which are liberally sprinkled throughout the OT.
