Hi Everyone,
It seems like I am always asking you for something. But you all are so kind, loving, and generous that when I need help praying for either myself, family member or friend I think of you. You have all been so helpful and supportive that I come to ask for your intercessions.

Well, here goes:

My father-in-law had a triple bypass surgery about 6 months ago and is considered temporarily disabled for now. Well, since his surgery, he has been in and out of the hospital several times because his heart starts to hurt and his heart rate gets accelerated for some reason or another. He has no insurance. The bad things is he has worked all his life but now is not given insurance. I am sure that adds to his stress. He has been admitted back to the hospital today because again he was feeling really sick(actually, my husband is there with him now). The funny thing about it is before this surgery 6 months ago or before all these heart problems he was perfectly healthy and then all of a sudden his heart/health went downhill. He is 60 years old so he is still very young. Please pray for him to get better and please pray for my husband who is extremely worried about his father. And in turn, I am very worried for my husband.

Again, please, please pray for my father-in-law’s heart and health to our Lord.

Thank you so very much and God bless you all for your kind prayers! May God repay you and your families with many blessings!

I have placed your petitions within my heart and will carry them with me to Mass and I will remember your petitions for your father-in-law, your husband, and you in my daily prayers.

Will be keeping your father in law in prayer for health and healing…along with you and your husband as this must be an extremely stressful and difficult time for you both…

**I encourage you to say a chaplet to God’s Mercy!
Let’s pray - especially at 3 p.m.(the Hour of Jesus’s Death)!
Special gift of Grace!
Trust in God’s Mercy. Jesus will help your father-in-law!
Jesus will be his consolation!

CHAPLET TO GOD’S MERCY**

Using normal rosary beads,begin with:

The Lord’s Prayer : Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed

Divinity of Your dearly beloved Son,Our Lord Jesus Christ,
in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.

On the ten small beads :
V. For the sake of His sorrowful Passion,
R. Have mercy on us and on the whole world.

At the end of the Divine Mercy Chaplet say three times:

Holy God, Holy Mighty One Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy
Immortal One, have mercy on us and on the whole world.

Invocation: O Blood and Water that gushed forth from
the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of mercy for us,
I trust in You (3 times)

and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Amen.

Hi Cagrl,
I’m so proud of you for posting your prayer request. If we could all pray for each other in every situation, then we could all feel the peace of God. He does hear our prayer requests.
I’m praying for your Father-in-Law, your husband, you, and all the family and friends of this man.
God Bless,
Pam

May the Our Lady of Lourdes touch your father in law’s heart with her miracles and her loving intercession.

I will pray for healing and comfort for your family. Peace be with you.

Praying for your FIL .

My mother had a triple three years ago and she is ok so far she is 86 now.
It took a long time to recover for her about a year to 1 1/2 year.

My SIL father had it young like your FIL and he was in and outall the time too. In fact they jokingly said the doc should put in a long zipper, but he lived to be 75.

He did work but had good weeks and bad weeks and his job componsaded him. Give him time and encourage him to work what he can.

They have made such strides in heart surgery that they can help a person to live a long time.

My Mom takes plavix like a lot of people do and her problem is getting water or fluid on the heart, she should take water pill but doesn’t like to.

We had a friend who had a kidney transplant and got help from a foundation so this is what I would look into is a foundation.
He finnally had his last one and signed an agreement that he would pay 50$ a month for as long as he lived and when he died the balance would not be passed to his family. He lived another 5 years but he had to live on a no rescusitate clause and he didn’t take care of himself very well, smoked like a crazy person.

Check into foundations and research groups, he may have many years left and you can spend them witnessing and attending Church.

God gave my Mom back to us after a heart and lung machine 3 months in the hospital and her asking why all the time. but now My brother may come back with his wife to church and I am back and she gets to see all the happyness before her final time will come how glorious is that. God does have a purpose.
God Bless you I will pray for you tomorrow at adoration.
In Christ, D.
