True Israelite?

Paul says what a true Israelite is. Where does he teach this?

Or perhaps it is a true Jew.

Maybe it was Jesus.

Found my own answer: Romans 2: 29 But he [is] a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision [is that] of the heart, in the spirit, [and] not in the letter; whose praise [is] not of men, but of God.

This is the passage that comes to mind:

Jesus saw Nathanael coming toward him and said of him, “Here is a true Israelite. There is no duplicity in him.” (John (NAB) 1:47.)

A true Israelite is a natural descendant and spiritual descendant of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

If you do, I would love to see a general outline. I would love to see the order of events or general points. If you do, you need not go into great detail, just the general steps or sequence. I just would like to see the steps–no argument from me. I just want information!
