Just a “normal” Presidential news conference.
So end of the day…were they “fired” or was Trump lying? But it’s CNN, so they should not be taken for truth. When the article says “suggests” that means they have interpreted something he said in a negative way. They do that all the time.
So, exactly what in the article is untrue? He specifically said the mayor should hire back “all of the police who were fired without justification. They were fired.”But it’s CNN, so they should not be taken for truth.
“He” is Trump, which brings yet another in a continuing series of false suggestions (aka LIES) to light…So, Ridgerunner, other than the word of Trump (which is always questionable) do you have any credible proof they were “fired”…Trump’s word is seldom accurate. He specifically said the mayor should hire back “all of the police who were fired without justification. They were fired.”
I think in this political climate created by Trump, its fair game to instead of calling a spade a spade, calling it a what it is…a shovel! That, I expect, is why CNN says “suggests”. You prefer “lie”.
You have to be hired in order to be fired. So there was nothing false in the article, thank you.. I guess one could say they were “never hired” even though they were approved for hiring
Again, “suggested” is far too gentle. Lies can be explicit or implicit, but they are still lies, making the one who advances them a liar, not a suggester!“suggested”
And many will more than suggest that Trump does not mislead, does not stretch truth, does not present false narrative, but that he lies!I’ll do more than “suggest” it. They were “hired” and then they were “fired”.
