I love the adoring goo-goo eyes he makes, and his new bride like blush, when he is listening to the President telling his lies!

the left is so angry that President Trump is actually having success!
The author of this opinon piece is most certainly not of the left.
You should read the piece, it has some local Arizona flavor.
Pence, oozing unctuousness from every pore, called Arpaio “another favorite,” professed himself “honored” by Arpaio’s presence, and praised him as “a tireless champion of . . . the rule of law.” Arpaio, a grandstanding, camera-chasing bully and darling of the thuggish right, is also a criminal, convicted of contempt of court for ignoring a federal judge’s order to desist from certain illegal law enforcement practices. Pence’s performance occurred eight miles from the home of Sen. John McCain, who could teach Pence — or perhaps not — something about honor.

It is said that one cannot blame people who applaud Arpaio and support his rehabilitators (Trump, Pence, et al.), because, well, globalization or health-care costs or something. Actually, one must either blame them or condescend to them as lacking moral agency. Republicans silent about Pence have no such excuse.

like i said, the liberals are so upset President Trump is having successes.

they have to keep looking for dirt wherever they can find it!

t’s behind a paywall, can you paste or summarize?
This article has evoked a great deal of comment on the web that will come up on a google search fo the title. ere s the opening paragraph:

By George F. Will

Donald Trump, with his feral cunning, knew. The oleaginous Mike Pence, with his talent for toadyism and appetite for obsequiousness, could, Trump knew, become America’s most repulsive public figure. And Pence, who has reached this pinnacle by dethroning his benefactor, is augmenting the public stock of useful knowledge. Because his is the authentic voice of today’s lickspittle Republican Party, he clarifies this year’s elections: Vote Republican to ratify groveling as governing.

Wonder what Will really thinks about Trump and Pence.

what is your purpose spending hours everyday looking for the most negative articles to post about President Trump and his administration? and then following each negative thread about our president and his administration and knocking down anything good someone might have to say about our president.
i agree there are 3-4 others who join you in their mean spiritness, hate and glee to
smear either our president, his family or administration on a daily basis.
you must have a lot of free time scouring the internet hourly, daily looking for the most
damaging articles you can find.
just wondering what you and others get out of it.
you overlook all the good President Trump has done and has planned ahead.

Wonder what Will really thinks about Trump and Pence.
Will seems past his ‘use by’ date, he’s going rancid.
His comments readily betray very toxic feelings about a guy he in theory should have much in common with.
A NeverTrumper in the late stages of Trump Derangement Syndrome?

I guess he left the Repub party and was fired by Fox News. Maybe somewhere he gives actual policy reasons for hating Trump like this, but so far the only posts I have seen about it are just personal insults without meaning. I do think Will wore out his welcome with conservatives some time ago, but his temper tantrum on paper about Trump is hard to explain. He reminds me of the playground sissy who hates the rough-and-tumble classmate just because he’s a rough-and-tumble kid.

Yes, Will has very clearly joined the party of Ad Hominem.
I don’t recall when he last commented on policy issues.
I always thought he was a closet dem, who wore the veneer of conservative for the paycheck

Yes I agree totally. The time and effort put forth by the same few day in and day out has caused me to wonder the same thing. Must not have much else going on in their lives 😳

He makes his points strongly, but he makes substantive points. Unlike his critics on this thread.
Not seeing it in the analysis I’ve read. How is it a substantive point that Pence complimented the AZ sheriff?
I’m only going off other articles because of the paywall, but none of them mentioned any critique of policy,
just the ad hominem attacks.

I strongly object to your characterization of the motives and will of me and 3-4 others that you do not name. I would be happy to discuss the content of Will’s opinion piece with you. But talking about posters is inappropriate.
