“He will always say that he didn’t do it,” Trump reportedly said of MBS. “He says that to everybody, and frankly I’m happy that he says that. But he will say that to you, he will say that to Congress, and he will say that to everybody. He’s never said he did it.”

Why is he happy he says that?

Happy?

I wonder why he felt that he needed to protect him?
Saudi Arabia is a staunch ally of the United States. To go against the government would mean to potentially cut off a valuable market for oil imports and for arms exports. I’m sure there’s even more in terms of how economically and strategically important to the US Saudi Arabia is, though.

Bringing up every deplorable thing trump says doesn’t do any good. His supporters know and don’t care, his opponents aren’t going to forget the other 10k things. We’ll find out in November if this country is predominantly good, moral people who will get this devil out of the White House, or we’ll see once again that the electoral college is a tool of regressive autocrats used to thwart the will of the people so they can retain power.

If Trump somehow is declared victor, we need to pursue any and all avenues to remove him from office, this country won’t survive another four years, and he’d likely stay longer if he’s allowed to stay now.
