After being angry that my Diocesan Newspaper’s HARD version (given away at the Churches) had published THIS story, a full two pages wide …
I was relieved to see that on the online version of the paper … the Trump’s signing story had replaced the previous other one. Both were from the Catholic News Service.
It’d be nice to see the signing story given a spot in next months’ issue as either a balancing measure, thank you, or a mea culpa (for at least the appearance, if not the reality, of making a seemingly political condemnation of the current administration … which had inherited some of the policies now being changed … and quickly).
BUT … this other side of things might be old news by then.
STILL … THANKS Orange County Catholic for running the Trump signing story so quickly afterwards. I feel better about my Diocesan paper than I did for about an hour tonight.
