My prediction.
First, the anti-Catholic/ anti-Christian bigotry will be on full display. The party that once said JFK’s Catholicism didn’t matter will now claim it is a disqualifying factor.

I’m guessing they will go after the Catholic angle also. But how is that going to pass the smell test with their base. I mean putting a faithful practicing Catholic on the Supreme Court would be the worst thing to happen to humanity ever, but having a “good” “practicing” Catholic as president is just fine. Having a female “good” “faithful” Catholic as speaker of the House is overwhelmingly great.

I can’t wait to see this.
