It is one of the more interesting things to have happened, largely because it is not clear what it means, if anything.
It was unclear if the case before McCullough would survive. Calling the decision an “extraordinary act of judicial overreach,” state officials appealed to Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court, triggering an immediate pause on her order and the proceedings scheduled for later in the week.

The Presidential election has already been certified, and electors for Biden appointed, by the governor and other relevant authorities, so the order could not atop what is already finished.

That means the ruling stops the certification process in all of the other races in Pennsylvania. Since the state legislators leave office on Monday, when the new legislative session begins, there will be no legislature until the certification finishes.

That is, if the Pa Supreme Court had not stopped the order. Hopefully the certification process will be completed so the legislature can be seated for the new session.

That at least is my understanding of what is happening; it is so convoluted I may have misunderstood some of it.
