Trying to make a Rosary....already stuck!

I bought a cord Rosary from The Rosary Shop and got the instructions too. I am already confused by the first sentence:

Pull an end of the cord about six inches through one of the top holes on the center.

What does that sentence mean? Has anyone ever made one of these? What holes? The center of what?

Centre should mean centre piece. It’s a medal or can be plastic with a pic of Mary usually. Put the cord thru a hole on the top of it.
 
It helps if you can find some pictures to follow online or a pamphlet. I couldn’t do it until someone showed me. I think it’s alot like tying a hook to a fishing line.

If you’re using the basic supplies, that middle piece may be in the shaped more or less like a rounded upside-down pyramid and have 3 little holes - one on each corner. The 6 inches of cord is probably for the crucifix and 3 Aves section.
