Maybe I used the wrong word by saying NFP. I came off the pill and it took me a little over a year to concieve. I was keeping track of body and using fertility "monitoring sticks to check ovulation. So I guess you could say that I used it to get pregnant. But no I used God given birth control pills to prevent pregnancy and then of course I mutilated my body to prevent any further pregnancy (or at least that is what the majority on here think). I think I am about like most on this thread, it is getting old discussing this topic. Neither is going to see each others way. We only see what we want to see. We find charts and documents that support only what we want to believe. So there is no need to continue arguing here. I think it gets out of hand and then it becomes disrespect on both sides. If it is a sin for anybody here to use ABC or mutilate their body, then you better not do it. For me I am completely at rest and at peace with my God, Lord and savior with what I have done. I answer only to him. I will be glad to answer anybody that wants to ask me any further about why I did what I needed to do, especially if they have the same problem and are struggling. But to discuss anymore who is right or wrong, I think that has been beat like a dead dog. So I think now, I will take my mutilated body and go lay next to my husband in bed, in which my marriage is not really sacred, because we have this major thing between us that may or may not show symptoms of marital breakdown.
