TV art historian Sister Wendy Beckett dies

Sad news. I have watched a few of Sister Wendy’s videos and she certainly knew what she was talking about.

A truly fascinating woman.

Eternal rest grant unto her.
 
I just heard the sad news. She was an inspiring and dare I say adorable figure! She will be missed.
 
I had not seen her until reading this thread which led me to watch some of her grand tour presentations on Youtube. I loved her insights. Consequently, I was at one of my favorite bookstores after Mass last night picking up “The Story of Painting” which is a delight.
May God bless her and grant her eternal rest in His presence.
